INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Wifi, swimming pool, parking, towels (changed twice a week), bed linen, kitchen linen, and beds made upon arrival.

EXCLUDED
Heating costs such as pellets or gas heaters.

• For long stays (longer than one month), different conditions apply.

PAYMENT

We require a deposit of 50% of the total amount, with a minimum of €100,-, within 1 week after booking to confirm the reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 2 months before arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refundable rate
In case of cancellation, the following charges apply:

• Up to 60 days before the stay: €35,- (reservation fee)

• Between 60 and 30 days before the stay: 25% of the rental amount

• Between 30 and 20 days before the stay: 50% of the rental amount

• Between 20 and 10 days before the stay: 75% of the rental amount

• Within 10 days before the stay: 100% of the rental amount

Non-refundable rate
With this rate, cancellation is not possible. After booking, no refund will be made, regardless of the time of cancellation.

DISCOUNTS

Discounts cannot be combined. If multiple discounts apply, only the highest discount will be applied.
